“Dialogue” was created within Llum Bcn, Barcelona Light Arts Festival Edition 2022 @barcelona_cat @llumbcn. It is a participatory installation that invites us to reflect on the importance of dialogue in resolving our differences and generating debate and reflection. Dialogue is a metaphor for making all voices visible for a more balanced and attentive society.

Two 10-metre-long inflatable tongues respond via an interactive system connected to microphones in the street that illuminate in real time based on the sound, intensity, frequencies, and volume of people's voices: more people, more voices, more sound, more light, and more rhythm. Please, let's talk.

Two opera singers did the activation in a duet music piece they produced for the event. More than 120,000 people used the installation, which was intended for adults and kids.
